14RUTS members,

Thank you so much for your ministry to the club this coming weekend. Your efforts are what will make our race a success. Without each and every member doing his or her part, we couldn’t put on this race each year. Our desire as a club is to spread the light of Christ in the desert and this is our big chance. Here is some important info to help make our race run smoothly. Please read this whole page!

Thursdays work will be around camp. Sign ups, start line, finish line, kids race, bomb return. Come early and help if your can.
Friday we will finish putting up HUNDREDS of markings along the 30 mile stretch of race course.
*If your helping on the course on Friday, Please be ready to ride at 9am and bring your staple gun!
Friday night
@ 9pm in the sign up tent is our pre-race meeting.

Some things we could still use help with!
1) Christmas party decorations. If you have ANYTHING you can bring to put outside the tent, on the tent or in the tent, please do so! If you can help put lights up on the tent on Friday that would be great, if anybody can bring a CHRISTMAS tree to decorate, please email Scott at ruts@ruts.org
2) We need a few more hands on deck for the Youth Race Saturday morning. If you are NOT stationed somewhere already or you are bringing a family member or friend that can help, please let John Wiltsey know. ruts@mac.com
3) We need some raffle prizes for Christmas party raffle drawing. If you ahve anything NEW worth donating, please bring it. If you can ask your local shop to donate any items, please do so and finally, if you feel led to BUY antyhig to donate, please do so. Any NEW motorcycle gear will work. Tie downs, gloves, hats, race gas, tires, gear bags, anythig you can get would help!
4) Our Saturday night Christmas party will end with a potluck dessert. Everybody please bring one!
