Andy has been racing with RUTS for quite a few years. He lives kinda far out so we didn't see him a whole lot. Then he moved down to a desert town around Bishop - big cheat he rides all the time now and he is getting way too fast for the Novice class - but he wouldn't cheat. If you see this guy and don't say hi - you are missing out!
