Did You Know? (“Bible” Bob’s Time at The Capitol)
Did you know that more than $9 billion is spent on OHV related activities in California annually? Did you know that OHV is supported by riders themselves – through gas and tax fees? Did you know there are over 7 million Off Roaders in California? Also did you know that The State of California raided (or should I say borrowed?) $221 million dollars from our OHV Fund and has not paid it back yet? Governor Brown, last year, said he would start on a re-payment plan that yet, so far, is insufficient. On top of that, the budget this year is directed to our OHV general fund. The State will then take $10 million every year out of our OHV general fund & transfer it to the States general fund. Wow!
Hosea 4:6 God says: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. 
We need to stand up against these Bureaucrats who seem to think we can be pushed around. Somehow, between the transfer of our money from our account to the States account, the money just disappears. We need to hold them accountable for their actions.
